Refund Policy

The deep scan is digital content that is generated and delivered to you immediately, so this policy is simple.
You only pay when the report is delivered
We use authorize-then-capture billing. Your card is authorized when you check out, but you are only charged once your report has been successfully generated. If the report cannot be generated for any reason, the authorization is released and you are not charged at all — there is nothing to refund.
All sales are final once the report is generated
Because the report is digital content delivered immediately at your request, and because it cannot be "returned" once generated, completed purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing, you ask us to start immediately and you waive any statutory cooling-off period once the report exists (see our Terms of Service).
Exceptional cases
We still want to be fair. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or an obvious billing mistake — email us at testyourlaunch@gmail.com and we will review it manually, case by case.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any consumer rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
