Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
By using Test Your Launch you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the parts about how the report is generated and how payment works.
The service
Test Your Launch produces an automated, AI-generated launch-readiness report. The free URL scan inspects what is publicly visible at a URL. The paid deep scan reads a project archive you upload and writes a full report with suggested fixes.
No professional advice — "as is"
The report is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or false positives. It is provided "as is", for informational purposes only, and is not legal, security, compliance or professional advice, nor a guarantee that your app is secure, compliant or ready to launch. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on the findings. For certainty on legal or security matters, consult a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
- Only submit URLs and upload code that you own or are authorized to test.
- Do not upload unlawful content or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
Payment
The deep scan costs a one-time fee shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. We use authorize-then-capture: your card is authorized when you check out, but you are only actually charged once the report has been successfully generated. If generation fails, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
Immediate performance & right of withdrawal
Because the deep scan is digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you expressly request that we begin performance right away and acknowledge that, once the report has been generated, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period). See our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the code you upload and to the report's findings about your project. We keep all rights to the Test Your Launch platform itself. We do not use your uploaded code to train models.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test Your Launch is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant scan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
